The ITALFIOCCHI MAINTENANCE line has been formulated with great care: the protein component, derived from multiple sources such as soy, sunflower, milk proteins etc., ensures the regular supply of noble amino acids to keep the muscles toned and efficient.
The additional supply of Lysine, being the main limiting amino acid for the horse, increases the overall biological value of the protein.
Particular attention has also been paid to vitamin and mineral integration. In fact, the feed has the right supply of macroelements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, to obtain a balanced ration.

Trace elements, in particular Zinc and Copper, play a fundamental role by entering into numerous biochemical processes that are fundamental for the body’s functions. Regarding vitamins, particular attention has been paid to vitamin E for its well-known antioxidant properties which, in association with selenium, help protect the muscles from damage caused by free radicals. Even the B vitamins, playing a fundamental role in the horse’s energy metabolism, have been correctly supplied.
