LONG FIBER MIXED GRASSES HAY

HAY POWER is a complementary feed suitable for all breed and all age horses in medium-light work.
Its peculiar characteristic is that of providing the fibrous content using dehydrated long-fibre mixed grasses,
alongside a balanced cereal content and a good fat content, provided by the excellent whole sunflower.
Dehydrated hay ensures easily digestible fibre and greater availability of the protein content compared to
the common field traditional harvesting.
The advantages that can be obtained by using HAY POWER are the following:
• Forces the horse to chew for a longer time, important in horses that are too greedy or eat nervously.
• Greater production of saliva and consequent greater buffering effect of the latter at the gastric level,
important in horses suffering from gastritis.
• Modulation of intestinal fermentations and gradual absorption of sugars deriving from the digestion
of starches, which together with the fats provided by whole sunflowers and the easily fermentable
fibres of dehydrated hay ensure an optimal energy supply, without developing problems at a digestive
and muscular level.
Hay power is properly integrated and balanced with minerals and vitamins.
